Stop Keystone and fracking in California and Los Angeles

There's a vigil near you TONIGHT, Monday, at 6 p.m. to protest the Keystone XL pipeline—can you attend?

Click here to RSVP to tonight's vigil near you.

If you can be there tonight, you'll help show that people power can defeat corporate power. This is a rapid response moment—and these events have been pulled together over the weekend to respond to the breaking news.

As President Obama said just days ago in his State of the Union address, "When our children's children look us in the eye and ask if we did all we could to leave them a safer, more stable world, with new sources of energy, I want us to be able to say yes, we did."2

If he approves Keystone XL, President Obama will have failed that test. We can't let that happen.

Thousands of people speaking out in hundreds of communities around the country will put the president on notice that we're going to hold him to his commitment to take action on climate change by rejecting the Keystone XL pipeline.
